Commission Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Trendz Exhibitions, your go-to multi-vendor marketplace. This Commission Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to commissions for vendors participating in our platform. By listing products on Trendz Exhibitions, vendors agree to the following terms.

2. Commission Structure

  • Standard Commission Rate: Trendz Exhibitions charges a standard commission rate of 20% plus GST on each successful transaction completed through the platform.
  • Category-Specific Rates: Some product categories may have different commission rates. Vendors will be notified of any category-specific rates before listing products.
  • Commission Calculation: The commission is calculated based on the total sale price of the product, excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts applied.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Schedule: Commissions are calculated and deducted from the vendor’s earnings.
  • Disbursement: Vendor earnings, minus commissions, minus GST on commission, minus shipping (if borne by Trendz Exhibitions) will be disbursed to the vendor’s designated bank account or payment method on a fortnightly basis. Ideally it'll be on the 1st and 16th of every month. Non-banking days will not be considered.
  • Payment Method: Payments will be made through bank transfer only.

4. Refunds and Returns

  • Refunds: If a customer returns a product or requests a refund, the commission for that transaction will be reversed. The amount refunded to the customer will be deducted from the vendor’s future earnings.
  • Returns: Any commissions earned from sales that are later returned or cancelled will be adjusted accordingly in the vendor’s account.

5. Fee Adjustments

  • Commission Adjustments: Trendz Exhibitions reserves the right to adjust commission rates with a 30 days’ notice. Vendors will be notified via email of any changes to the commission structure.
  • Special Promotions: During promotional periods, commission rates may be adjusted. Vendors will be informed of changes in advance.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Accuracy: Vendors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of product listings, including pricing. Incorrect pricing or product information may result in additional fees or adjustments.
  • Compliance: Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies. Non-compliance may result in penalties, suspension or removal from the platform.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Dispute Process: In the event of a dispute regarding commissions, vendors should contact Trendz Exhibitions’ support team at partner@trendzexhibitions.com. We will review and resolve disputes in a timely manner.

9. Policy Updates

Trendz Exhibitions reserves the right to update or modify this Commission Policy at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. No separate acknowledgement is required from the vendors.
