Customers are advised to video record the unboxing of the product delivered along with a time and date stamp. Customers are also advised to read all the guidelines in its entirety to understand the cancellation / returns / refund / exchange process before initiating.

7 days A Refund or a replacement can be sought by a customer which is one-time only and subject to terms and conditions outlined under the order cancellation, returns and refund guidelines This guideline enables requests from customers to return any product, subject to necessary scrutiny / assessment of the product at the time of pick-up to enforce mechanisms to prevent any fraud. Refund Guidelines:
1. When a refund is applicable for a product, the refund will be processed only upon the seller's receipt of the returned product. The refund will be processed within 7 working days from the receipt of the returned product.
General guidelines for Successful Returns
a. In certain situations where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason, a refund will be issued
b. If a product accessory is found to be missing, damaged, or defective, the seller may, at their discretion, either arrange for a replacement of the specific accessory or provide a credit note.
c. If you receive a different or damaged product while accepting your order, a refund will be provided subject to the buyer video recording while opening the order and the video shared with the seller by duly mentioning your order details. In case the buyer accepts an open box delivery, return requests will not be processed irrespective of the status of the product / order. In such instances, specific replacement / return conditions related to the product category will apply.
