Order Cancellation, Returns & Refund Guidelines

Customers are advised to video record the unboxing of the product delivered along with a time and date stamp. Customers are also advised to read all the guidelines in its entirety to understand the cancellation / returns / refund / exchange process before initiating.

Cancellation Guidelines:

  1. Customers can cancel an order any time before the order is dispatched.
  2. Courier charges will be additional and billed to the customer, and will have to be paid immediately once the order is placed by the customer
  3. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are out for delivery. However, customers can reject the order at their doorstep. Courier charges will not be refunded in case of order cancellation.
  4. The time window for cancelling an order varies depending on the product categories, and orders cannot be cancelled once the specified time has passed.
  5. In some cases, a cancellation fee may be charged if the customer tries to cancel the order after the specified time has passed. The details of this time window are provided on the product page or order confirmation page.
  6. If a seller cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
  7. We reserve the right to accept or reject order cancellations. We also reserve the right to modify the time window or cancellation fee.

 Returns Guidelines:

  1. Returns are provided by individual sellers, and this policy outlines the options available to customers, such as an exchange or a replacement, and/or a refund.
  2. Different product categories may have different returns policies, so it’s important to check the product page for the specific policy.
  3. The returns policy is divided into multiple parts, and customers are advised to read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.
  4. Returns will be picked-up from the address delivered. We don’t guarantee services to addresses other than the address where the product was delivered. The product will be thoroughly scrutinised during pick-up. The product will be checked for correctness as per the old order, usage, damage, packaging, etc. The products should be in a returnable condition for a return pickup.
  1. The field executive will decline to accept the return if any condition is not met.

A Refund or a replacement can be sought by a customer which is one-time only and subject to terms and conditions outlined under the order cancellation, returns and refund guidelines

This guideline enables requests from customers to return any product, subject to necessary scrutiny / assessment of the product at the time of pick-up to enforce mechanisms to prevent any fraud.

This policy is applicable for a product purchased on this website only.

Exceptions to guidelines only if :

a. a product is not delivered

b. a product / accessory is missing

c. a wrong product / accessory is delivered

No Returns categories

Some products (like innerwear, etc) under certain categories are not returnable due to their nature or other reasons.

 Refund Guidelines:

  1. When a refund is applicable for a product, the refund will be processed only upon the seller’s receipt of the returned product. The refund will be processed within 7 working days from the receipt of the returned product.

General guidelines for Successful Returns

  1. In certain situations where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason, a refund will be issued.
  2. If a product accessory is found to be missing, damaged, or defective, the seller may, at their discretion, either arrange for a replacement of the specific accessory or provide a credit note in the Trendz wallet equivalent to the accessory’s price.
  3. During open box deliveries, if you receive a different or damaged product while accepting your order, an immediate refund will be provided (for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you accept an open box delivery, return requests will not be processed, except in cases of manufacturing defects. In such instances, specific replacement / return conditions related to the product category will apply.
